Policy Statement

 

New Clients:

  • All new clients are required to leave a 20% deposit of their total service booked to secure your first appointment. This is redeemable at completion of your first service.
  • Cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment within 24hrs will forfeit your deposit.
  • On arrival for your first service, you will be required to fill out a consultation form, so allow 10 to 15mins whilst you enjoy a complimentary coffee or tea.

 

All Clients:

  • Services and prices are subject to change without notice for your appointment; If you are running late, a phone call would be appreciated. Your treatment time may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid inconvenience to other clients.

 

 

Cancellation Policy

  • We require minimum 24hrs notice for cancellation of appointment or rescheduling.
  • Clients who do not notify us of their intent to cancel will be required to leave a 50% deposit to secure future appointments.
  • All Sunday appointments require a deposit of $55 to secure booking.
  • Cancellation or ‘No Show’ of Sunday appointments will forfeit deposit.
  • Deposits are non – refundable
  • Gift Vouchers are forfeit if less than 24hrs cancellation notice is given

 

* An SMS reminder and confirmation will be sent the day prior to your treatment for your convenience. Please follow the prompts to confirm your acceptance of your appointment or to cancel. Only type YES or NO, any other text will corrupt our computer system.

 

 

Gift Vouchers

 

  • Gift Vouchers are exclusive to treatment and service.
  • Gift Vouchers are not redeemable for cash, product(s) or injectables.
  • Gift Vouchers are non – refundable and non transferable to a third party.
  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 6 months and are not able to be redeemed after this time.
  • Gift Vouchers must be presented at time of treatment to be valid. – We are unable to honour lost or stolen vouchers.
  • Gift Vouchers can be purchased in the clinic or via phone and mailed to you.
  • Please keep receipt for proof of purchase.
  • Clients who do not confirm, do not show or cancel their treatments within 24hrs will forfeit their voucher.
