Fast forward to today Maria has pioneered the new 3 level concept space, providing you with hair beauty services products and a healthy cafe.
Through her career Maria has empowered numerous stylists to up their skills and confidence, by not only leading them to become expert cutters and colorists, but more importantly on how to manage their time and connect with their clientele.
Maria is an expert in colour correction and precision cutting.

During the Education Workshops you will dive into a first hand learning experience.
Maria will be showcasing her techniques whilst walking you through the process, the workshops are really interactive and you are welcome to ask any question.
After Maria has finished with her model it will be your turn to apply what you have observed under her watch.
This format offers both eamering and experienced stylists an opportunity to watch, observe, discover and actively engage to empower confidence and building knowledge in the industry.

This workshop is designed for the Colourist who want to master the art of colour correction.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN DURING THE WORKSHOP?
You will work hands on to transform your live model learning about colour correction to achieve the dream hair.
GOAL: demonstrate simple and effective approaches to tackle problematic hair. In this class we will cover lightening on damaged hair, banding and brassiness, removal of mineral build up in blondes as well as lifting through layers of box colour and planning your clients hair journey.
You will learn efficient and effective skills that will allow you to maximize on time, but also on profitability in your salon.
With more than 25 years experience and an iconic salon in Paddington, open conversation is encouraged during the workshop. We welcome all questions related to business, team motivation, branding, salon interiors and culture.
Snacks, lunch, refreshments and bags with goodies are provided on the day.
