Why I love being an Ambassador for LaBiosthetique

I was selected by La Biosthetique to represent the brand as an expert educator alongside four other top hair stylists. Working alongside La Biosthetique we develop training workshops to educate stylists in need of a refresh or those new to the industry. My work as a La Biosthetique Hair Ambassador enables me to teach & inspire up and coming hair stylists across Australia & New Zealand. After 25 years in the business I feel a renewed passion for hairdressing. La Biosthetique has thought of everything to meet my customers’ business needs. I am proud to be an ambassador for La Biosthetique and excited about our relationship moving forward!

I love creating and presenting the Hair Styling workshops for all levels of stylists, I pack in as many Tips & Tricks as well as mentoring salon owners supporting them with their business issuses & marketing. Starting up Ardino Salon in 1991, "BC" "before computers" with an old school appointment book and pencil , with all my life savings, I can literally speak from experience on every type of business issue. I am able to offer valuable insights gained from the experience of actually building my brand from scratch.

The Hashtag Hair Workshop is a must for anyone looking to improve their feed and gain new clients through social media. We take everyone attending step-by-step through everything they need to know for creating those killer looks for camera. From prepping the hair for catwalk waves to creating high shine glossy locks on any hair type. Very hands-on with students taking the photos from their own phone, as they would in the salon.

Sharing my expertise as an educator on all things related to my business, hair, styling, fashion & branding is a great passion of mine. I welcome opportunities for educating & inspiring from other avenues outside my work as a La Biosthetique Ambassador. I have also been asked to speak on a panel representing my own brand at Westpac's Payment Conference talking to the product creators with the bank on what it means to run your own business. I have also run styling & makeup workshops for Longchamp Sales team on how to ramp up their styling to boost their confidence when they are selling themselves & represent the Longchamp Brand. I am grateful for these opportunities and look forward to customising more of these type of corporate workshops in the future.
